Accountability 

At From Within we believe in holding ourselves accountable to always being engaged in anti-racist work. As white people we have the option to opt out of race-related conversations and other issues of social justice; this business is our way of never opting out. We choose to remain engaged and committed to being anti-racist each and every day. We do this by listening to podcasts, watching videos, reading articles, books and blog posts, supporting BIPOC organizations through monetary contributions, and by continuous self-reflection and dialogue with friends and colleagues of color. Below, we have shared some of the resources that have helped (and still help!) guide us on our journey to becoming fearlessly anti-racist.
